A leading company in Riyadh ???????? is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to handle advanced technical challenges, mentor junior engineers, and ensure IT systems run smoothly.

???? Requirements & Qualifications

4–6+ years of technical support experience.

Expertise in Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).

Hands-on with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.

Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or Five9 (advantage).

Proficient in monitoring and support tools.

Certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, Azure, AWS, FortiGate.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with ability to mentor.

???? Key Responsibilities

Act as final escalation point for critical technical issues.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and voice platform concerns.

Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.

Mentor and support junior/mid-level engineers.

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams.

Oversee deployments, system updates, and monitoring.

Maintain documentation and support processes.

Serve as key contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
