????️ Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Network L1 Engineer, you will:

???? Monitor network systems and handle Level 1 incidents in real-time ⚡????

???? Track alerts and reports, and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams ????????

???? Provide technical support to clients and internal teams ????️????

???? Document issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate records ????✅

???? Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure network reliability and performance ????????

???? Requirements

✔️ 2-3 years of practical experience in networking ????

✔️ Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP ????????

✔️ Ability to work in shifts ⏰

✔️ Proficient in English (reading & writing) ????️????

✔️ CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus ????✅
