Shoghlana.org is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator with 5+ years of expertise to manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of network systems while supporting business operations and future growth.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, MPLS, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or equivalent technologies

Solid understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools

Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
