Position: IT Help Desk

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support.

• Strong knowledge of computers, networks, and printers.

• Experience with Windows & macOS operating systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook support.

• Understanding of network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

• Knowledge of antivirus and security tools.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
