We’re looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh and help us deliver exceptional technical support across the company.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Respond to support tickets and technical inquiries
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Assist in installing and configuring systems and applications
Support internal IT operations and onboarding
Escalate complex issues when needed
???? Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Basic knowledge of OS, networking & troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be based in Riyadh
Certifications like CCNA / Azure / AWS are a plus
