???????? About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support Specialist with strong experience in FortiGate firewalls, networking, and Office365.

???? Key Roles & Responsibilities:

???? Network Management & Configuration

• Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls, routers, switches, and access points

• Set up and secure wired and wireless networks across multiple locations

???? Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware and software issues

• Troubleshoot desktop, printer, and peripheral problems

• Handle user tickets efficiently through remote or onsite support

???? Office365 Administration

• Manage and support Office365 accounts (email, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)

• Assist users in resolving issues related to Microsoft services

???? Documentation & Maintenance

• Maintain IT inventory and update technical documentation

• Support IT projects and rollouts of new systems or tools

???? Site Visits & On-Call Support

• Conduct site visits for setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting

• Respond to urgent issues as required, including occasional off-hours

✅ Requirements:

???? 3+ years of experience in IT technical support

????️ Hands-on expertise with FortiGate firewalls and network access points

???? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

???? Solid knowledge of networks, operating systems, and Office365
