-IT Help Desk

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Configuring computer hardware, network, operating systems, and applications.

 

-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

 

-Ensure security through access controls.

 

-Upgrade system with new releases and models.

 

-Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company's system.

 

-Creating and managing system security policies and components objectives and Configuring system hardware resources.

 

-Support of a distributed Windows-based network.

 

-Managing and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

 

- Managing and monitoring Finger print and CCTV

 

Requirements:

 

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent degree.

 

- Certification such as CCNA ، MCSA

 

- Experience in hardware and software (Windows - Linux)

 

-Experience 1:2 years in the same field.
