Alleanza Healthcare LLC is looking for a skilled IT professional to support our growing operations. The role will cover hardware, software, networking, and medical device support to ensure smooth business and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Provide day-to-day IT support (PCs, laptops, printers, MS Office, email).
???? Support Implementation of CRM, HRMS and other platforms.
???? Manage networks, servers, and security systems.
????️ Troubleshoot and maintain hardware/software.
???? Support integration & troubleshooting of medical devices.
???? Ensure backups, security, and data protection.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or related).
✅ 4 years IT support/system admin experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking.
✅ Experience with healthcare/medical devices is a plus.
✅ Problem-solving attitude & excellent communication skills.
