Front Office Dispatcher Engineer

 

A multinational telecom company is hiring the below positions in Mobile NOC Managed Service operations:

 

• Front Office Access/Core Dispatcher.

 

Requirements:

 

• Graduated from Communication Engineering.

• Preferred Universities: Cairo, Ain Shams, Benha, Nile, Helwan, Modern, AUC, GUC, BUE, CIC, MUST, AASTMT.

• 0-3 years of experience in the telecom field. Fresh graduates (Male/Female) are welcomed.

• Good knowledge in 2G/3G/LTE/IMS/EPC network architecture.

• Good command of English (writing & speaking).

• Experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word & Outlook).

• Be able to work on shift basis (12 hours/shift).

• Work under pressure/Motivated/Team player/Good communication skills/Accountable/Understand customer needs /Change agent/Winning spirit

• Military service is postponed or exempted.

• CCNA is a plus.

• Any programming language is a plus.

 

Duties:

 

• Monitoring alarms for different domains.

• Responsible for initial analysis for faults and reporting them within the proper escalation matrix and within the agreed SLAs.

• WO/TT Management: Create WO/TT as needed, assign them to appropriate teams, change WO/TT status, follow up with FM/BO to ensure on time closure of WO/TT.

• Change Management: Monitor change impacts, authorize change execution start time, monitor change planned end time.

• Incident Management: Incident identification and escalation to concerned teams, cooperation with incident manager during incidents.

• Helping the team leader in the daily requests & reports.
