Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science

CCNA certification (required); CCNP is a plus

1:3 years of network experience

Very Good in English

The Role:

Join our team as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, configuring CPE devices, proactive monitoring, and providing top-tier support to our enterprise clients.
