Afro Group Egypt is looking for a NOC Front Office L0 Engineer to join Huawei Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) project.

???? Job Purpose

Monitoring, managing, and reporting on network parameters & performance KPIs across RAN, IPRAN, MW, and BSS domains.

???? What You’ll Do:

· Monitor CT/IT systems & infrastructure.

· Perform first-level alarm handling, escalation & problem dispatching.

· Interact with Huawei support teams to ensure service continuity.

· Generate reports on network performance & incidents.

???? What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Computer Engineering or related.

· 0–2 years of experience (fresh grads welcome!).

· Fluent English is a must (both written & verbal).

· Knowledge of network protocols, troubleshooting, incident management & NOC operations.

· Preferred: Mobile Package, CCNA, SQL, Linux, ICDL, NTI Diploma.

· Strong problem-solving, communication & teamwork skills.

· Ability to work in 24/7 shift environments.

???? Work Location: Smart Village – Egypt (onsite).
