We are looking for a highly skilled IT Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing and enhancing our network / VOIP infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and VoIP systems.
???? Monitor and resolve network/VoIP issues to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
????Maintain and operate all network security appliances as per business requirements
???? Administer and track wireless network functionality and efficiency.
???? Implement hardware/software upgrades and maintain updated network documentation.
???? Provide advanced technical support and act as a point of escalation for field teams.
???? Ensure VOIP system stability, dial-plan management, and availability for business needs.
Qualifications:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering or Computer Science.
???? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network infrastructure and operations.
???? Strong expertise in multilayer switches, Wireless networks, network security, and VOIP solutions.
