Key Responsibilities:
Network Management
Install and troubleshoot network infrastructure (wired and wireless).
PC and Device Support
Support and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and access control devices.
Install software applications.
Provide high-quality technical support to internal staff, resolving issues efficiently.
Issue Resolution
Quickly diagnose and resolve network issues, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
Technology Adaptation
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply new skills to improve network efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience 2 years in IT support.
Network Installation & Troubleshooting
Hands-on installing network infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 7, 8, 10,11).
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, printers, and IT infrastructure components.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical skills to quickly resolve technical issues.
Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to improve operations.
Ability to collaborate and share knowledge effectively within a team.
Additional Experience
Experience with CCTV and access control systems installation is a plus.
