We're hiring for the following position for one of our clients, a leading technology and IT company in Egypt.

Job Summary
Responsible for providing full IT support to company users, including hardware maintenance, software and network management, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Certifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and networking.
• Required Certification:
• CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) in computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Preferred Certifications:
• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100/MD-101)
• ITIL Foundation
Responsibilities
• Handle IT support requests on-site and remotely.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Install and update operating systems and software (Windows / macOS / Linux).
• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory or equivalent.
• Support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks and resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain security systems (Antivirus/Firewall) and ensure data protection.
• Configure email and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Provide periodic reports on incidents and resolutions.
• Train and guide users on IT best practices.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure improvement projects.
