Job Opportunity: IT Helpdesk Engineer (Full-Time)

 

We are an International School seeking to hire a full-time IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

 • Provide technical support for staff (hardware & software issues).

 • Troubleshoot and resolve network and internet problems.

 • Maintain and support PCs, printers, and other IT equipment.

 • Document incidents and resolutions regularly.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 

 • 0–2 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk.

 • Good knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.

 • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.

 • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

 • KNOWLEDGE such as CCNA + MCSA is must .
