Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Ajman

What You'll Do:
*Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues.
*Manage user accounts & backups.
*Support onsite & remote users.
*Maintain system performance.
*Assist in IT projects & system upgrades.
What You'll Need:
*Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science.
*CCNA certified.
*Experience with AD, Office 365.
*Strong knowledge of windows, routers, firewalls.
*Great communication & problem-solving skills.
*Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
*Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
*Nationality: any.
Work Environment & Benefits:
* Location: Ajman.
* Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
* Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
Salary: 5500 - 6500 AED.
