We are looking for an experienced IT helpdesk.

Onsite: New Cairo, 5th settlement 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.

 • Monitor system performance and ensure the security and reliability of IT operations.

 • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

 • Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.

 • Collaborate with other teams to support operational goals.

 

Requirements:

 • Proven experience as an IT ticket System 

• helpdesk or similar role From 1 to 3 years. 

 • Strong knowledge of system and network configurations, and security.
