Position: L2 Engineer (Ubuntu)

· Proven experience in Ubuntu, Linux system administration (4–6 years).

· Strong knowledge of Dell server hardware (PowerEdge, iDRAC, RAID management).

· Expertise in Linux server hardening, patching, and performance tuning.

· Familiarity with virtualization/hypervisors (VMware, KVM, or Proxmox).

· Understanding of ITIL-based Managed Services (incident, problem, change processes).

· Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall rules).
