About the Role:
The role is to ensure proper computer operations through receiving calls and requests so that end users can accomplish their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve assigned customer technical issues (diagnosis, intervention, alert).
* Resolve assigned devices such as [computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Cameras]
* Communicate with customers clearly, effectively, and professionally.
* Participate in On-Call/After Hours Rotation.
* Other duties and responsibilities might be assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or IT-relevant.
* Microsoft Office Program installing and activation.
* Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems.
* Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus.
Knowledge
* Knowledge of print drivers, print servers, and multifunction printer maintenance.
* Ability to communicate problems with employees.
* Ability to actively listen to technical problems and solve them.
