Job Title: General IT Technician

Salary: Up to SAR 15,000

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: 5 Years

Language: Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Provide technical support and maintenance for all hardware (computers, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.)

• Administer and troubleshoot company-wide ERP and CRM systems.

• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and routers, and ensure stable network connectivity.

• Oversee cybersecurity measures and support data protection protocols.

• Maintain and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems.

• Support and maintain company websites and email services.

• Handle software installations, updates, and licensing.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.

• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, reports, and asset inventories.
