We are looking for a talented IT Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows servers and network infrastructure.
Configure and support VPN connections and Sophos Firewall.
Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (user management, licensing, email, and security).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Implement IT security policies and ensure data protection.
Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT systems and network administration.
Strong knowledge of servers, networks, Microsoft 365, VPN, and Sophos Firewall.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
