Technical Support Engineer

We’re Hiring: Technical Support Engineer – Riyadh, KSA

???? Location: Riyadh

???? Requirement: Valid & Transferable Iqama

 

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L1/L2) with hands-on experience in telecom and IP network systems to support leading Saudi operators (STC, Zain, Salam) and vendor projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Troubleshoot RAN, Core, Transmission & IP/MPLS network issues.

 

Provide remote support during installation, configuration & integration.

 

Coordinate with NOC, vendors & operators for timely issue resolution.

 

Perform health checks, software upgrades & log analysis.

 

Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

 

Technical Skills:

 

2G/3G/4G/5G basics, RAN KPIs & Core concepts.

 

IP networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing/Switching).

 

Microwave & Fiber troubleshooting (MW, OTDR, Site Master).

 

Tools: Wireshark, OSS/NMS (U2020, ENM, NetAct).

 

CCNA/HCIA-level knowledge preferred.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s in Telecom / Electrical / Computer Engineering.

 

3–5 years of L1/L2 telecom support experience.

 

Vendor certifications (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE) preferred.
