???? Job Title: Main Service Desk Engineer

???? Location: New Cairo 

 

???? Responsibilities:

 

• Lead daily IT Service Desk operations including team shifts and vacations.

• Install and configure software/hardware and manage user access.

• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when needed.

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, and Cisco VOIP systems.

• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors for application support.

• Monitor network performance and follow up on SLA breaches.

• Prepare performance reports and maintain ITSM records.

 

???? Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (GUC, AUC, BUE, FUE & AAST are preffered ).

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk or Technical Support.

• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, and networking basics.

• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
