Location: Egypt - Remote - Night Shift
About the Role:
We are looking for a Back Office Engineer to ensure all telecommunication installation and integration work meet the highest quality standards before final acceptance by the client. The role involves quality reviews, snag management, material coordination, and team training.
Key Responsibilities:
Support field engineers and technicians remotely during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Review and approve pre-photos, documents, and test files.
Ensure sweeping tests and quality checks are completed correctly.
Manage QA closing and coordinate snag resolution with field teams.
Arrange recovery/faulty materials return and manage scrap clearance.
Maintain quality documentation and ensure teams follow standards.
Conduct training sessions and remote quality audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in telecommunication operations, or back-office support.
Strong knowledge of telecommunication installation and network monitoring tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent English skills (speaking, writing, and reading).
· Proficiency in MS Office, Email communication, and related tools
