✅ Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance (via phone, email, or ticketing system).
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior support (L2/L3).
Install and configure standard hardware and software (printers, MS Office, VPNs, etc.).
Maintain incident logs and update the ticket system.
???? Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications (preferred): CompTIA A+, CCNA & MCSA Fundamentals.
Experience: 0–2 years in a support/helpdesk role.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common desktop apps.
Understanding of network basics (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Eagerness to learn and follow escalation procedures.
