We’re Hiring – Information Technology Engineer
We’re looking for a skilled Information Technology Engineer to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems supporting the business run efficiently and securely.
???? Requirements & Qualifications
-3–5 years of experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, Linux Administrator, Network Engineer, or a similar role.
-Strong networking knowledge (Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
-Experience in designing and implementing new network solutions or optimizing existing ones.
-Hands-on experience with virtualization and infrastructure troubleshooting.
-Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
-Windows administration experience is a plus.
-Knowledge of system security, data backup, and recovery.
-Proficiency in virtualization platforms (ESXi, Proxmox,).
-Strong skills in software package installation and upgrades.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Resident in Giza or 6 October only
???? Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and backup systems.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of IT support requests.
Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and incident logs.
Support IT security, system updates, and periodic maintenance activities.
???? Certifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
CCNA / MCSA / NGFW
