Job Opportunity: IT Help Desk Specialist at City Club** ????
**Location:** Kattameya - Cairo, Egypt ????️
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. ????
- Maintain and manage IT equipment, software installations, and updates. ????
- Collaborate with departments to resolve IT issues in a timely manner. ????
- Document technical procedures and user guides. ????
- Assist with network management and system maintenance. ????
- Track and manage service requests and incidents. ????
**Devices:**
Personal Computers, Laptop • Printers, Faxes, Copy Machines • Access Points, Wireless • CCTV
**Qualifications:**
- B.Sc. in information management science, computer science, or information
engineering. ????
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. ????️
- A relevant IT certification (Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Technology specialist (MCTS), Attending A+ or Network+ + Classes) is a plus. ????
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. ????️
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ????
