We are hiring for Mercedes-Benz IT Service desk 2 years of workplace support experience in a multinational organization
• Very good communication skills is a must
•Exlent English
• Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows environment including Office 365
• Understanding of Network Domain including but not limited to managing Active
Directory, Group Policy, Client Machines, etc..
• Basic experience in Network troubleshooting
• Experience with managed mobile devices including MS Intune is preferable
• Professional working proficiency or above for both spoken and written English
• Log incidents through MB Egypt’s tools,user guides and IT documentation.
• Provide technical support to users in person, via phone, or ticketing system.
• Follow up with users, provide feedback and handle users’ tickets till resolution.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
• Assist with connectivity issues, VPN setups, and other IT infrastructure issues
• Assist creating new account and mailbox
• Support for AD, DNS, VPN, MFA, and O365 administration.
• Fix broken machines/devices by replacing CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts
• Manage inventory by keeping track of all IT assets
• Mitigating security risks by maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring
that all software is up-to-date with patches and security fixes, and monitoring for
unauthorized or unapproved software installations.
• Tracking the entire lifecycle of IT assets. .
• Proactively report issues with any conference room to the support teams
• Available on standby to support the video conference meetings.
• Provide basic network support, troubleshooting
• Provide weekly/monthly tickets status reports to MB Egypt team and whenever required.
