✅ Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Electronics & Communication).
Strong knowledge of mobile networks (2G/3G/LTE).
CCNA certification (mandatory); CCNP is a plus.
Good communication skills and very good English.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Open to both male and female candidates.
???? Key Responsibilities:
First-line support for IPBB and PS networks (Juniper, Huawei, Cisco, Extreme, Citrix, ZTE).
Troubleshoot transmission links and monitor network health.
Support during night maintenance windows and follow up on incidents.
Escalate issues, manage trouble tickets, and monitor firewalls/security.
Work on a rotating shift schedule.
