PDC is hiring a technical support specialist

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.

-1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a similar role.

-Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

-Familiarity with ticketing systems.

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
