???? Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server environments, and firewalls.

Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and wireless networks.

Familiar with ITIL processes or other industry standards for service management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

CCNA and MCSA certifications required; knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

???? Responsibilities:

Oversee hospital IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, and software).

Provide day-to-day IT support to medical staff, resolving issues quickly.

Maintain hospital LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and switches.

Implement security measures and ensure compliance with healthcare data protection regulations (e.g., GAHAR).

Assist in deploying new technologies to improve hospital efficiency.

Ensure data backup and implement disaster recovery plans.
