Hiring: IT Helpdesk Engineer — Attractive Package | Egyptian Nationals Only
Role Summary
We’re looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide front-line technical support across hardware, software, networks, and core business systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents within SLA, maintain accurate documentation, and keep users productive and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Handle support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system—prioritize and resolve within agreed SLAs.
Diagnose and fix hardware, OS, application, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
Support remote users using tools such as RDP, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer.
Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams with clear, complete handover notes.
Maintain precise documentation: tickets, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
Track IT assets (inventory, check-in/out, lifecycle).
Support onboarding/offboarding (device imaging/setup, account provisioning/deprovisioning).
Enforce IT policies, security best practices, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years in IT support/helpdesk (fresh graduates are welcome).
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, MCSA, CCNA.
Nice to Have:
Windows 10/11 administration; basic macOS knowledge a plus.
Microsoft 365 admin (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive), Azure AD/Entra ID basics.
Fundamentals of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Basic PowerShell and ITIL awareness.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
