✅ CCNA & CCNP certifications (Mandatory)

✅ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering

✅ Strong troubleshooting, routing & switching skills

✅ Comfortable working with CEST/CET time zones

✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
