IT Specialist

Hiring "IT Specialist"

 

Location: Obour City 

 

He is going to be responsible for supporting all company branches and facilities including software and hardware.

 

 

Job Requirements :-

 

- (1-3) Experience or highly qualified fresh graduates.

- Gender: Males only.

- Max age 30 years old . 

- Applicants are required to be only from Cairo.

- Graduated from Computer Science or Information System.

- Basic knowledge ( CCNA or MCSA). 

 

Job Responsibilities :-

 

- Ensure Internet and VPN connectivity and Performance.

- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

- Healthy check and Monitor Printer Devices, Attendance machine, IP CAM and all related network devices.

- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and ( WNA), Open and Follow up tickets with ISP as needed. 

- Install & Fix issue related to computer peripherals for users.

- Monitor company IT assets and custody.

 - Resolve issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.

- Respond to queries on site or remotely.

- Respond to Ticketing System withing the defined SLA.

- Guide users through problem-solving process.

- Install, modify and troubleshoot technical issue

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.

- Resolve problems by running diagnostic programs.

- Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.

- Gain feedback from users about computer usage.

- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
