Are you a skilled IT Support Engineer with a strong background in corporate IT environments? We are looking for a talented professional to join the team and support enterprise-level operations.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience working in a corporate main office environment

✅ Hands-on experience with Service Desk operations and ServiceNow

✅ Proficiency in SCCM, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field

✅ Experience working with SD and ITSM teams

✅ Candidate must be based in UAE now.

What You’ll Do:

???? Provide L1 and L2 technical support across various IT systems

????️ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, applications, and infrastructure

???? Collaborate with service desk and ITSM teams to ensure seamless support delivery

???? Maintain and optimize system performance using SCCM and AD tools
