Key Responsibilities:
Manage & Maintain IT Infrastructure:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems while ensuring high performance, uptime, and timely updates/patches.
Provide Technical Support to Users:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage the IT helpdesk/ticketing system, and assist users in adopting new technologies.
Ensure IT Security & Compliance:
Implement security policies, conduct system/security audits & vulnerability assessments, manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and ensure data protection.
Monitor & Optimise Systems:
Continuously monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and ensure system reliability and business continuity.
Maintain IT Documentation:
Create and update system configurations, network diagrams, SOPs, and log all upgrades, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
Network Administration (added advantage):
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and resolve network connectivity issues.
