We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join a leading retail organization in Saudi Arabia with a branch in Maadi, Egypt.

???? Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth IT operations across stores, warehouse, and office.

- Provide L2 support for #ERP and related applications.

- Monitor #POS & business systems to secure high uptime.

- Handle escalations, #SLAs, #KPIs, and system performance.

- Support integrations with WMS and other external systems.

- Drive operational improvements and support new rollouts.

- Collaborate with internal teams & external vendors.

- Maintain documentation and follow IT governance standards.

???? Requirements:

- Bachelors in IT / Computer Science.

- 2+ years in #ITOperations (#Retail / #Logistics is a plus).

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems Is a MUST.

- Good knowledge of #SQL and #systemintegrations.

- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills.

- Experience with Dynamics NAV / #D365 is highly preferred

- Fluent English.
