Qualification:

Must be a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), have basic network concepts, and have certification in ITIL & CCNA, which is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of related IT support experience, preferably in the aviation sector.

Proven experience in customer service and managing technical support in high-pressure environments.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.

Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise software.

Conference room troubleshooting and maintenance.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
