Technical Support Engineer

Enterprise Technology Solutions is seeking to hire “Technical Support Engineer”

 

Job Description:

• ⁠Troubleshoot technical hardware, software issues and technical network system: Data Center, Access Control, CCTV, Fire alarm, UPS, Racks, Time Attendance, …etc.

• Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software solutions.

• Provides support for fingerprint machines and attendance systems.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new support strategies and processes.

• Assist the customer to the best practice of using our hardware and software to fit their business needs and requirements.

• Hold meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product technicalities or to solve critical problems.

 

 Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience at least in same field (hardware / software) experience is a must.

• Installation/Maintenance/Repair.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English both spoken and written is a Must.
