We are hiring an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team!
If you are passionate about solving technical issues and have strong knowledge in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, we want to hear from you.
???? Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level technical support to employees.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Monitor IT assets and ensure system security.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in IT technical support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Experience with printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
