Strong grasp of IP addressing and networking concepts
L1 Troubleshooting Skills
Familiar with RMM tools like N-able
Entry-level cloud certifications (AZ-900, AWS CP, Network+, Security+)

Microsoft 365 tenant administration & Intune management
Exchange (2010–2016, Hybrid) & Mimecast email security knowledge
PowerShell scripting & automation
AD & Azure AD integration, Conditional Access & MFA
Ability to handle escalations and document technical cases effectively
✅ 4. Cloud Support Engineer I – VDI (3+ Yrs Exp.)
Experience with Citrix, AVD, Horizon, and RDS environments
Strong troubleshooting in Windows Server (2016–2022), GPO, DNS, DHCP
PowerShell proficiency and basic virtualisation (VMware vSphere, vCenter)
Familiar with O365, MFA tools (Duo, Azure MFA), and Azure AD
Exposure to backup solutions like Veeam and SSL cert management
