Job Description -

• Minimum four years of experience in relevant IT operations and

ability to demonstrate baseline understanding of relevant technologies

defined above

• Minimum one to three years of experience in IT customer support

• Ability to manage and operate relevant hardware, software, or other

instances, and experience with the most recent hardware and software

releases

• Ability to perform the most common activities to fulfil requests and

Resolve common issues

• ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent professional experience
