ICT Pre-Sales Engineer

We're Hiring: ICT Pre-Sales Engineer

Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Salary: 8,000 – 14,000 SAR (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate ICT solutions.

-Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and presentations tailored to client needs.

-Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.

-Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to validate and optimize solutions.

-Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate and competitive technical documentation.

-Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.

-Support post-sales transition to the implementation team to ensure solution integrity.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

-Minimum [7] years of experience in ICT solutions or pre-sales engineering.

-Solid understanding of enterprise networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and unified communications.

-Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

-Professional certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent are a plus.

-Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
