IT Specialist

We're Hiring IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

1- First point of contact for technical support.

2- Install & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and Macs

Support corporate network (Switches, Routers).

3- Resolve LAN/WAN issues & maintain internet lines.

4- Handle antivirus, firewall incidents & app rollouts.

5- Create and update IT documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience 4- 5 years

- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

- Hands-on experience with Windows & Mac environments.

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Strong communication & customer service skills
