Cloud & Network Engineer

We’re Hiring | Cloud & Network Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloud & Network Engineer to join our team and support mission-critical platforms with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, networking, and Windows Server administration.

 

???? Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage EC2 instances and cloud infrastructure.

Act as BO L1 / Second Line Support, handling escalated incidents from Front Office teams.

Configure and troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, and MPLS connections.

Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, WSUS, security patching).

Manage cloud networking components: VPCs, VPN Gateways, Security Groups, NAT Gateways (Public/Private), ELB.

Implement and maintain proxy servers for domain management and internet access.

Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or Python.

Ensure platform security through firewalls, security groups, and CMDP compliance.

Collaborate with customers to install and configure required applications/software.

Provide technical support for connectivity, performance, and security issues.

Maintain proper documentation of configurations and procedures.

Participate in shift rotations (day/night) and on-call support when needed.

 

???? Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with EC2 and cloud services (VPC, ELB, VPN Gateway).

Strong knowledge of IPsec, SSL VPN, and MPLS.

Solid experience in Windows Server Administration (AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, patching).

Cloud networking expertise (Security Groups, NAT Gateway, Public/Private NAT).

Proxy server management experience.

Knowledge of CMDP concepts and cloud best practices.

Ability to write PowerShell or Python scripts for automation.

Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.

Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Huawei Cloud or AWS.

Certifications: HCIA, HCIP, CCNA, MCSA, Azure Administrator, or equivalent.

Basic Linux administration knowledge is a plus.

 

???? Experience Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, networking, and Windows Server management.

At least 1 year working with Huawei Cloud or similar platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven experience designing and troubleshooting network solutions (IPsec, SSL VPN, MPLS).
