Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for an Information Technology Help Desk personnel. The IT Help Desk will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Day-to-day tasks include responding to queries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining network security, and helping users with network and application administration. The role also involves setting up and configuring systems, performing regular system updates and troubleshooting network problems, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Network Administration and Network Security skills.
Information Technology and Troubleshooting capabilities.
Customer Service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications in IT or network security are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
