* Experience & Technical Expertise: 3 - 5+ years in mobile network performance (2G/3G/4G/5G), hands-on with Huawei elements, network protocols, and performance monitoring/diagnostic tools.

* Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor network performance engineers, promote teamwork, and provide technical guidance on complex network issues.

* Network Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data, identify improvements, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
