* Monitor & support 2G/4G/5G networks, handle trouble tickets, fault diagnosis (L0/L1), escalations, and shift reporting with 3+ year of experience.

* Execute change requests with post-verification, trigger problem management, and suggest automation and process improvements.

* Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science, strong English communication (Arabic is a plus), team-oriented, and flexible to work rotating shifts.
