We’re hiring Service Desk Agents to join our IT Support team!

If you have 1–2 years of experience in service desk or technical support and are looking to grow in a dynamic environment, we’d love to connect with you.

???? Role: Service Desk Agent

???? Experience: 1–2 years

???? Location: New Cairo

???? Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 technical support to end users

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Log and track incidents through the ITSM platform

• Resolve issues remotely or on-site

• Escalate complex cases to L2 teams when needed

• Ensure timely and professional communication with users

 

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of service desk or technical support experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking

• Familiarity with ticketing systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure

• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
