- Lead upgrades, migrations & new tech implementations

- Monitor systems & ensure high availability

- Handle security, backup & disaster recovery

- Manage vendors & lead IT team

- Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related

- 5+ years of infrastructure experience

- Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, networking, security & backup

- Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) are a plus
